hello internet, i'm back!
nearly two years off social media. this isn’t a full explanation—just what stuck, what didn’t, and what i’m doing now.
it’s been almost two years since i last posted anything.
no big story behind it—I just needed to step away for a while.

not fully. just enough.

the band’s still around—just quieter than before.
life happened. people got married, had kids, schedules shifted.
we’re still the same weekend-warrior titos, just a bit out of practice.
no new material yet.
but the group chat’s still alive, which counts for something.

new thing: working on an electronic duo project.
we’re calling it chvck.
leaning into trip-hop—slower tempos, sampled drums, atmospheric layers.
still early. nothing worth sharing yet.
but it’s the most musically engaged i’ve been in a while.
current setup
current setup is pretty standard—guitar, mic, midi controller.
picked up a teenage engineering op-z for portable production and a roland vt-4 for vocals.
both ended up being more useful than expected.
there’s more gear on the wishlist.
trying not to turn that into a problem.
what’s next
more posting. more projects.
ideally, less disappearing for two years at a time.
we’ll see.
